Bronze & Botanicals
There’s something about bringing the outdoors into the sukkah that just feels right.
For this tablescape, we started with a crisp white base and let the natural textures take over. The sukkah walls were covered in white, then softened with trailing greenery for a fresh, garden-inspired backdrop.
The centerpiece is what makes the table.
Instead of traditional vases and floral arrangements, we created one long, low moss-covered base using a piece of Styrofoam. Artificial grasses, wispy weeds, and earthy bronze florals were placed randomly throughout, with plenty of height and open space between them. The goal was to make it feel like a little patch of wild meadow was growing straight through the center of the table.
Then came the warmer details.
Distressed ivory dinnerware brings in just enough brown without making the table feel heavy. Bronze woven napkin rings hold crisp white napkins, with a small green twig tucked into each one. Amber stemmed and stemless glasses add another warm layer, while gold flatware gives the setting a polished finish.
The mix is what makes Bronze & Botanicals work. Clean white linens keep it fresh. Moss and greenery bring in the Sukkos feel. Bronze, amber, and gold add warmth.
And that oversized meadow centerpiece?
It looks expensive and custom, but underneath all that moss is simply Styrofoam.
A very WhimsDecor kind of centerpiece.
